Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 drops orange blossom water
- 200 grams ground walnuts
- 100 grams shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar + additional powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar for two minutes.
- Gradually add the orange blossom water, ground walnuts, and shredded coconut while mixing until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Break off small pieces of dough, shape them into small balls, and roll them in a bowl of powdered sugar. Place the balls on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, then let cool. Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.
