Banana and chocolate cake, so quick and easy to make

With hardly any prep-time this recipe guarantees success

Try this quick and easy recipe that will likely be gobbled up quickly.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup dark sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbs. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk (of any kind)

For frosting:
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup double cream (can be replaced with coconut milk)
  • Healthy pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Crush bananas in a bowl, add sugar oil, eggs and vanilla and mix.
  2. Slowly fold in flour until the mixture is smooth
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and a pinch of salt
  4. Pour into oiled English cake baking pan and put into the oven that was pre-heated to 170° C (338° F) for 35 to 40 minutes and cool
  5. Melt chocolate and cream for your frosting and pour over the cake
  6. Enjoy
