What could be better than entering the kitchen to prepare a genuine, quality burger—one that you're happy to see your kids eat—made from choice cuts? My son Shir is in charge of mixing and seasoning, and he insists on helping his dad with grilling the burger. He loves making homemade buns with me, with an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish.

For the buns:
- 1 kg flour
- 200 g cold water
- 400 g almond milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp salt

- Sesame seeds for topping
Instruction:
- Place all the ingredients in a mixer with a dough hook and knead at low speed for 12 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for about an hour until it doubles in size.
- Shape into balls, brush with egg, and dip in a plate of sesame seeds.
For the burger:
- 1 kg prime entrecote cut
- 150 g beef fat
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- Half a cup of soda
Instructions:
- Grind the entrecote to a coarse texture with a meat grinder.
- Mix the meat with the seasonings and form a burger using a round ring. It's recommended to let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
- Sear in a pan to the desired doneness.
My tip: The real experience is in truly cooking with the children. Involve your child in choosing the dish you are preparing and genuinely involve them in the process, even if it might compromise the presentation of the dish.
