Canadian hard rock band Three Days Grace announced Wednesday it had to cancel its concert in Israel, just three days before showtime.
The group's concert was supposed to take place at Toto Hall in the city of Holon on October 15, as part of its European tour.
"We are hugely disappointed to have to cancel our show in Israel this coming Saturday October, 15" the band posted on its official Facebook page.
"The promoter Pro Stage has consistently reneged on their obligations, and we simply cannot trust them with the production of this show. We are truly sorry to not be able to play to our wonderful fans, of which we know from ticket sales there are many, and hope to plan another visit there ASAP."
"Ticket-holders, please contact Pro Stage for information on ticket returns and refunds," they added.
Production company Pro Stage addressed the cancellation and took full responsibility. "We are sorry, but following recent events, Three Days Grace won't perform in Israel, and they will finish their European tour earlier than expected."
"Eventually it is our fault, and due to some circumstances, the band's wages were not transferred on time. We tried to make an effort to address this issue, but unfortunately, without success, which prevents us from completing our contractual obligation to the band," the company added.
