Ingredients (2-3 servings):
- 1 package king trumpet mushrooms, sliced into rings
- 1 head of Shimeji mushrooms, chopped
- 1 bunch of button mushrooms, sliced
- Oil for frying
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cm ginger root, peeled and grated
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chili (optional)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey, or sugar
- 2-3 green onion stalks, chopped
Instructions:
1. Cover a skillet with about 1cm of oil and fry the king trumpet mushrooms thoroughly, then drain them.
2. Return the King Oyster mushrooms to the skillet, add the Shimeji and button mushrooms, and fry until they start to release their liquids (add a bit more oil to the skillet if needed).
3. Meanwhile, mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Add the sauce to the skillet and fry for another 2-3 minutes before serving.
