We prepare these pancakes just like we make the usual big pancakes, but these small treats are more crispy and you can drown them in a bowl of milk, similar to cereal.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup cream
1 egg
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl, until the batter is uniform, smooth, and without lumps.
2. Pour the batter into a squeezer or a piping bag.
3. Heat a Teflon pan on a medium flame, and make tiny circles from the batter (these circles will be our cornflakes). Fry for about a minute or two.
4. As soon as the pancake circles get a little color, turn them over to the other side for another half a minute.
5. Place the mini pancakes into a bowl, add milk and serve.
