Ingredients:
- 250 grams butter
- 340 grams flour
- 15 grams sugar
- 10 grams salt
- 500 mil. water
- 5 eggs
- 200 mil. pizza sauce
- 50 grams mozzarella cheese
- 40 grams grated parmesan
- Frying oil
You will also need:
- A pastry bag
- Baking tube

Instructions:
- In a pot put butter, water, salt, sugar and bring to a boil. Then lower remove from the flame and add the flour.
- Mix well and put back on the flame until the dough separates from the sides of the pot.
- Put the dough in the mixer with a flat beater and turn on low speed until cools to room temperature.
- Gradually add eggs, one at a time
- Put into the baking bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep pot and pour the dough in. Fry until golden. You decide the size and shape.
- Place the chorus on a paper towel to soak up the oil and then put in a bowl and sprinkle parmesan.
- Heat pizza sauce in pan and add mozzarella cheese.
