We chose to bring you her Pizza recipe for your dining pleasure. It has a crispy almond-based crust that proudly contains tomato sauce, cheese and whatever else you throw at it. But please be patient and refrain from pouncing on it as it emerges from the oven. If you let it settle for a couple of minutes, you will be rewarded.

crust
185 grams (2 cups) of almond flour
15 grams (one tablespoon) of coconut flour
20 grams of ground flax or half a teaspoon of Xanthan gum
One teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
15 grams (1tablespoon) olive oil
A pinch of salt.
Sauce
One tablespoon fresh garlic
A gram of crushed or grated tomatoes. No sugar, please
One tablespoon salted butter with a pinch of oregano
Black pepper and a pinch of salt
Topping
300 grams ( 10.5 oz.) mozzarella cheese
1. In a bole mix all the ingredients for your crust until you get a unified consistency
2. Flatten and stretch out between two sheets of baking paper to the height of one centimeter (0.3 inches)
3. Turn the oven on to 200°c (390° f) and begin preparing your sauce.
4. Mix tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small pot and later add the butter
5. Bake the crust for 6 – 8 minutes until for a light brown color around the edges and remove
6. Cover the crust with your sauce and cheese and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes
7. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
