Healthy chocolate truffles

Ingredients (for 10 units):
2 cups puffed brown rice (50 grams)
125 grams dark chocolate, chopped into cubes
3/4 tablespoon (10 grams) coconut oil, canola oil, Nutella, or peanut butter
Instructions:
1. Arrange 10 medium-sized truffle cups in a container with a cover fit for the freezer.
2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in several seconds in the microwave until completely melted. Add the oil or peanut butter and mix into the rice puffs well.
3. Divide into 10 truffle cups and store in the freezer.
Date and walnut chocolate truffles

Ingredients (for 25 units):
1/2 package (250 grams) pitted pressed dates
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sweet red wine or grape juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the chocolate coating:
2 cups of chocolate chips (can be replaced with cocoa powder or carob powder)
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients for the truffles in a food processor bowl fitted with a metal blade and process while scraping down the sides of the bowl until a uniform mixture is formed.
2. Transfer to a bowl, and with lightly greased hands pinch off medium-sized pieces from the mixture and roll into truffles.
Roll the truffles in the chocolate chips and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
