After deciding to take on the big city life in NYC one and a half years ago, Israeli model Shlomit Malka was spotted in the Tel Aviv Port on Sunday on a visit to Israel.
Although it took a second to recognize the celebrity, dressed in baggy clothes and a bucket hat, paparazzi identified Malka leaving her car in the early afternoon, accompanied by her small dog on a leash.
Malka then hurried to catch up with some friends on the beachside boardwalk.
The 29-year-old model moved to New York to embark on an international career, shortly after cutting off a four year marriage with Israeli actor Yehuda Levi.
Since her relocation, she has been said to have reconnected with Judaism and started to observe Shabbat.
Malka has been the face of campaigns for international brands Chanel, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren and Bershka. She has also appeared on the covers of several major magazines including the Spanish edition of ELLE, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar and the French edition of GLAMOUR. In 2013, she entered the ranking of the ten highest-paid models in Israel.
