Simple banana pancakes with just two ingredients

Ingredients:

1 egg 1 ripe banana Coconut oil or butter for frying

Preparation:

1. Beat the egg in a bowl.
2. Add the banana and mash it. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat coconut oil or butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Pour the batter onto the pan and fry for a few minutes, until the banana pancakes are almost cooked. Carefully flip and fry for an additional 3 minutes.
4. You might want to serve the banana pancakes with fresh fruit and honey or maple syrup.
