Ingredients:
- 1 cup matzo flour
- 1 cup Passover cake flour
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 egg
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well until you get a uniform dough.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator, moisten your hands (to prevent the dough from sticking to them), and form small balls.
- Boil a pot of water with two tablespoons of salt.
- Cook the matzo balls for 2 minutes until they float.
- Strain, and serve in soup.
