After breakup, Israeli supermodel's former fiancé shares pro-Palestinian support

Months after engagement to Israeli model Eden Fines fell apart, Norwegian soccer player Mathias Normann shares story featuring Ramadan prayer scene alongside Palestinian flag

Last April, six months after their engagement, model Eden Fines and her then-fiancé, Norwegian soccer player Mathias Normann, ended their relationship and canceled their wedding. Over the recent weekend, Normann unveiled a surprising and controversial political stance.
On Friday, Normann posted a story featuring a crowded Ramadan prayer scene with a prominently displayed Palestinian flag. Alongside the image, he wrote "Alhamdulillah," an Arabic phrase meaning "praise be to God."

Following the reactions, Normann posted a message stating, "I am who I am, all glory to god," and restricted comments from non-followers. He shared the post on his story again, adding, "keep hatin, i follow god [sic]."

As of now, Fines has not responded to her ex-fiancé's posts. Fines and Normann got engaged last September, just three months into their relationship, and broke up in April. During their time together, the Saudi Pro League player visited Israel several times.
In an interview last February, Fines spoke about their upcoming wedding. "We want it to be an exciting process. I don’t feel I can do it now. It's hard to return to normalcy knowing that others don't have it and won't have it. For now, we're not planning in detail, but we are talking about it. There is no date yet," she said.
