Developers hope it will offer a mix of commercial spaces, medical clinics, kindergartens and sports centers. It will have dedicated parking for bicycles and charging stations for EVs. It is just a short walk from the Savidor train station in Tel Aviv and just feet away from the light rail station, soon to be built.
