A new tower now claims the title of Israel's tallest. Located in Givataim, bordering on Tel Aviv, the Beyond Tower will rise to the height of 320 meters (1050 feet) when completed; it already reaches 240 meters (787 feet) into the air.
The Beyond complex with its two towers will be spread over 3,300,000 square feet and is expected to be completed in 2026. It will contain office spaces for rent in one of the towers, and apartments in the other, including rentals and micro-apartments on over 60 floors.
Developers hope it will offer a mix of commercial spaces, medical clinics, kindergartens and sports centers. It will have dedicated parking for bicycles and charging stations for EVs. It is just a short walk from the Savidor train station in Tel Aviv and just feet away from the light rail station, soon to be built.
