Wonderful world: Nature photographers wrap up Jewish year

The Israeli Nature Photography Association publishes a series of photographs of Israel's beautiful landscapes and nature from the last year in light of Rosh Hashanah

On the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, members of the Israeli Nature Photography Association selected the best photos taken in Israel throughout the last Hebrew lunar year.

The Israeli Nature Photography Association was initially established to promote Israeli nature in the photography field. Its goals are to help to preserve the ecosystem in Israel, provide education for the recognition and preservation of nature and the environment, and raise awareness of us environmental matters amongst the photographers community and society altogether.

The association is a non-profit organization that was established by nature photographers, meant to offer opportunities for photographers nationwide to grow through collective learning, sharing, and through meetings and lectures.

The photographs were published in the Facebook group of the Israeli Nature Photography Association. The association was founded to promote nature photography in Israel. Among its goals: help in preserving the ecosystem in Israel, education to recognize and preserve nature and the environment, and raising awareness of environmental issues among nature photographers and the general population.

The association is a non-profit organization founded on behalf of nature photographers and for nature photographers, and as such is intended to enable nature photographers in Israel to learn and develop through mutual fertilization, sharing, learning, joint meetings and lectures, while raising the profile of nature photography in Israel, and increasing its contribution to society and the preservation of the environment.
