Air Haifa, Israel's newest airline, announced on Tuesday the launch of a new direct flight route from Haifa International Airport to Paphos in Cyprus, set to begin operating on April 3. The new route, which will operate six days a week at a starting price of $99 one-way, joins the airline's regular operations from Haifa, which include daily flights to Eilat, Larnaca, and Athens. All flights are conducted on the airline's ATR 72-600 aircraft.
"The launch of the Paphos route, our fourth destination, is a direct continuation of Air Haifa's expansion strategy," said Dana Rubin, Air Haifa’s VP of Customer Experience. "As we prepare for the summer, we are expecting the arrival of a fourth aircraft, which will allow us to add more destinations in the Mediterranean region."
The company said that access to Haifa Airport is convenient and fast via Isarel's Egged public bus service line 100, which connects Haifa Bay Central Station to the terminal every half hour. Additionally, all of the airline's tickets include the option to change or cancel in exchange for credit for future use up to 24 hours before departure via the company's website.

El Al to Operate 5 Weekly Flights to Boston
El Al announced that it is expanding its operations to the U.S. and will operate five weekly flights to Boston throughout the summer season. In total, the airline will operate 52 weekly flights to the United States during the season. "In response to the growing demand, particularly among the business sector and the Jewish and Israeli communities, as well as increased tourism to various U.S. destinations, El Al continues to expand operations on routes to the U.S. Starting this May, the airline will operate five weekly flights on the Tel Aviv-Boston route," the company stated.
"Flights will depart from Tel Aviv on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays throughout the summer season, and the new flight will depart from Boston on Saturday nights. Boston is considered a destination with a large Israeli and Jewish community, and the city's airport serves as a gateway to a wide range of destinations across the Americas. Thanks to El Al's collaboration with Delta and other partner airlines, customers will be able to continue to various destinations via Boston conveniently and quickly."
The Israeli flag carrier further noted that "throughout the war period, El Al has been making efforts to increase the flight schedule to the U.S. To date, the company has added a daily flight to New York, bringing the total to six daily flights to the destination this summer. These join four weekly flights to Miami, two weekly flights to Fort Lauderdale in Florida, and eight weekly flights to Los Angeles."
