: Pending any last-minute surprises, Rihanna will give one concert at Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park in late October.
Sources in the music industry told Yedioth Ahronoth they had already received official confirmation for the show from the singer's managers, and that the performance would take place around October 22.

Rihanna performed in Israel once before, in April 2010, when she was already considered one of the world's biggest pop stars. In the past three years, her career has taken off, reaching its peak in the past year with her hit single "Diamonds," which made it to the top of the charts in dozens of countries, including Israel.
In a pressing competitive environment comprised of huge stars like Madonna, Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga, it's safe to say that Rihanna left them all in the dust in 2012. Today she is already the world's most successful pop star.
Rihanna, 25, was born in Barbados and began her career about eight years ago. Her first album was released in 2005, and since then she has sold more than 30 million copies from seven albums. She has also taken home seven Grammy awards and dozens of other prizes.
